Chef's Basket Explorer - Chunky Arrabbiata Pasta

Eating dinner at home, we get time to search and try our hands on new and healthy recipes that can be consumed and digested easily. Here's another quick and healthy pasta recipe for dinner or breakfast.

Recipe : Arrabbiata Pasta Veggie Awesomeness
Serves : 2
Chopping Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 45 mins

Ingredients :

150 gms of Pasta (we prefer wheat pasta but this time tried the Chef's Basket Explorer Pasta)

1 Carrot
Bell Peppers (all 3 types - red, yellow, green; 1 each)
6-7 Strands of Broccoli
2 Onions
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes (if you like it)
1 Cup Baby Corns
1 Cup Peas
100-150 gms Paneer (if you like it)
1 spoon Sea Salt
1 spoon Oregano
1 spoon Chili flakes
1 spoon Mixed herbs
125 gms of Chunky Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce

Method :

1. Put 1.5 Litre of water for boiling and put 1 spoon sea salt in it. Let the boils come (it'll take 10-15 mins on high flame) and then put your pasta in it and keep stirring it till it become soft and easily breakable. 

2. Take an empty vessel and put 1 table spoon of olive oil in it. Put all the chopped vegetables inside it (peas, corns, bell peppers, carrot, onion, tomato, paneer, broccoli) and cook it for 15-20 mins till they become soft.

3. In between cooking vegetables, put oregano, chili flakes, mixed herbs, salt in it and let it cook for another half time.

4. Take the Pasta out from boiling water in a strainer and wash it with cold water to bring its temperature down.

5. When the vegetables become soft, put the pasta sauce in it and mix it well for keep it for 5 mins.

6. For the final step, put your pasta in the pasta sauce veggie mix and mix it well for another 5-10 mins till all the flavors get mixed well and share its taste with each other.

7. Your dish is ready to be served. You can have it with wine or juice.
